Can I pay online?

Yes. We accept all Credit cards as well as Paypal.

You can also pay by bank wire. Select that option at checkout and you will receive an email within 1 business day with payment instructions.

 

How long does postage take?

Most items are despatched within 1 business day and you will receive your order within 3-5 business days. We offer a quicker postage method at checkout for a fee.

What postage company do you use?

For all UK orders we use Royal Mail or myHermes.

For International orders we use Royal Mail or DHL express.

You will be sent an email when we dispatch your item.

How do i return my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days unless otherwise noted. If you wish to return an item, Please send us a message in the contact section and we will send you instructions.

For faulty products, we accept returns while it is still under warranty. (90 days for electronics).

Are your items genuine?

We only sell genuine merchandise. We do not sell any knock offs, fakes or counterfeit items.

What does 'refurbished' mean?

All our products are Brand New unless stated otherwise.

If the item states ‘refurbished’ this means that the item is not in new packaging.

These products are thoroughly tested by qualified technicians to make sure everything works like new.

If necessary, parts are replaced such as casing and batteries.

All the refurbished items we sell are guaranteed to work like new.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

On average, you can expect your item to be shipped out 1-2 days after you place your order.

Faster postage options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Warranty info?

Most electronics on our website have a 90 day warranty unless stated otherwise. If you experience any technical issues with your item we will assist you to get your product working. This may include us replacing or refunding you.
